This project is located in Turks and Caicos Islands, BWI. It is a private villa by the sea. The project area of the property is about 1.5 acres. The villa was designed in the style of a modern beach house with an emphasis on comfort and convenience.
The main house is made up of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a lounge overlooking the pool area. There are two guest suites on the lower level, one with its own entrance and bathroom as well as another bedroom that can be used as an office or living room when not being used as a bedroom.
The outdoor spaces include an infinity pool with a swim-up bar, hot tub, BBQ area with patio seating, lounge chairs and loungers, fire pit, and outdoor shower under a canopy shade structure. There is also a large garden area with several raised beds for growing vegetables and herbs if desired (which can be accessed from inside by using the kitchen).
