This is a ladder-style paint job on the front portion of a raised ranch home. The house has a steep slope, so I had to use a ladder to reach the upper levels. The walls were painted with a flat finish, then I used an eggshell finish to create a texture on the surface. This project was done in two days and cost about $400 for materials and labor.
